Owning counterpart of the type stored by a nullable.

A nullable either owns its value or refers to a value (or a view of values) owned elsewhere. The owning counterpart of a reference is the referenced type, and the owning counterpart of a view is the container holding a copy of the viewed elements views must specialize this template (see sparrow/types/data_traits.hpp).
